It turned out that the product had a manufacturing defect, and we discovered at this moment the Bitmain warranty system: the 6 months warranty (!) starts when the reseller buy the product, not when the buyer receives it. Thus, our product was already out of warranty when we received it! Despite this situation, Millionminer find a way to settle everything for us with Bitmain, which was quite challenging. (we will receive a brand new product from Bitmain, this time with a warranty) Weiterlesen

The machines were… I recently purchased two miners from Million Miner and had the pleasure of dealing with Louie. The whole process was smooth, professional, and impressively fast. The machines were delivered to the USA within 10 days – exactly as promised. What truly sets Million Miner apart is transparency and full access to the mining pool, which is incredibly rare in this industry. From day one, I was able to monitor everything directly, without restrictions.I even received photos of the miners' serial numbers upon arrival, allowing me to verify them myself. This level of openness is exactly what I was looking for – no hidden games, no vague answers, just a clean and reliable business relationship. If you're serious about mining and want a trustworthy partner, I highly recommend Million Miner.
