The Bitmain Antminer L11 HU6 is the self-contained member of the hydro L11 family: a Scrypt miner that ships with its own radiator, so it runs liquid-cooled without a facility built for shared liquid cooling. For an operator who wants hydro efficiency at a site that does not have a coolant loop, that is the whole point.
What Scrypt mines. Scrypt is Litecoin's algorithm, and because Dogecoin is merge-mined with Litecoin, the HU6 earns both at once, Litecoin as the primary chain and Dogecoin alongside it on the same work, with no extra power for the second coin. Its 33 GH/s is industrial-scale combined Litecoin and Dogecoin output.
Hashrate and efficiency. At 5,676W for 33 GH/s the HU6 runs at 172 J/GH, quiet at 50 dB thanks to liquid cooling. It is a touch less efficient than the L11 Hyd 2U on paper, but it carries its own cooling, which is the trade.
Why the radiator is included, and what it costs. A hydro unit has to put its heat somewhere. The Hyd 2U assumes your facility provides the loop; the HU6 brings the radiator with it, so you can deploy liquid-cooled Scrypt without first building hydro infrastructure. That cooling hardware is why the HU6 lists higher than the bare hydro units, you are buying the miner and its heat-rejection in one box. It runs on 380 to 480V three-phase and is industrial equipment, not a home setup.
