MillionMiner is a provider of ASIC mining hardware and related services for procurement, delivery, and optional hosting/managed deployments. Our focus is on clear processes: quote, payment, shipping/tracking, optional commissioning (pool configuration), and ongoing support.

We serve international customers and projects. Depending on the product, stock, and delivery destination, processing takes place via different logistics channels. For B2B inquiries, we provide the relevant company details, contacts, and quote information.

We sell ASIC miners by algorithm and use case, for example SHA-256 (Bitcoin), Scrypt (LTC/DOGE), and Kaspa ASICs (KHeavyHash). Actual availability depends on the market and current batches.

Depending on the setup and project scope, we support with hardware procurement (new/used depending on stock), shipping and tracking updates (carrier-dependent), project consulting (power, cooling, scaling, risk and scenario planning), hosting and managed deployments, and setup support (pool/worker) if desired.

At minimum, a suitable miner model, pool access, and a wallet address. The key is the setup: power supply, cooling/heat dissipation, and monitoring. For hosting, you primarily need onboarding data (wallet/pool/worker) and a clear go-live process.

If an item is explicitly listed as available for pickup, collection by appointment may be possible. In all other cases, delivery is by shipping.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information or a dispatch update. For pre-orders or incoming batches, you will receive status updates according to the delivery window stated in the quote.

Yes, for selected models. Pre-orders differ from in-stock items: delivery windows and market movements play a larger role. The specific conditions must be clearly stated in the quote.

Yes, especially for B2B and project inquiries. The final order is placed in writing via quote and invoice.

In principle, yes – depending on model, condition, and market price. For an assessment, we need: model, photos, location, runtime/condition, and your desired price.

Standard process: (1) Select model and quantity, define target (algorithm/coin). (2) Confirm hosting availability and terms. (3) Submit onboarding data: wallet address and pool/worker. (4) Go-live: functional test (hashrate/temperatures) and monitoring access. (5) Ongoing operation: maintenance and replacement process depending on package.

International shipping is possible, depending on device, stock, carrier, and local import requirements. If there are restrictions, we clarify them in the quote beforehand.

In-stock items are dispatched promptly after payment receipt. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination country. For pre-orders, the delivery window stated in the quote applies.

In addition to the purchase price, import duties in the destination country (customs/import VAT) may apply, as well as carrier fees in individual cases.

Stability is more important than speed. A reliable connection with few interruptions is crucial.

For new hardware, the manufacturer's warranty generally applies according to their terms. For hosting setups, additional clear processes are relevant: diagnosis, repair/RMA, and replacement procedures depending on the package. For used hardware, the warranty depends on the remaining term.
