The Goldshell DG Max at 6.5 GH/s and 3,400W is Goldshell's industrial Scrypt miner. It contrasts sharply with Goldshell's brand identity: the company is best known for tiny quiet BOX miners (Mini DOGE, DG Card, XT Card) that sit on desks at 35 dB. The DG Max runs at 75 dB and draws 3,400W. Different product, same brand.

6.5 GH/s is modest by current standards. The Bitmain L11 Pro produces 21 GH/s at 3,612W. The DG Max produces less than one third the hashrate at similar power. At 0.523 J/MH versus the L11 Pro's 0.172 J/MH, the DG Max is roughly 3 times less efficient per megahash.

The DG Max's value depends entirely on pricing relative to current generation alternatives. At steep discount, it mines LTC and DOGE on Goldshell firmware. At market pricing, current generation hardware from Bitmain, VolcMiner, or ElphaPex is the rational choice.

Universal 100 to 240V. 3,400W at 110V draws roughly 30.9 amps, requiring a dedicated circuit. 75 dB at 8.5 kg in a compact 200 x 264 x 290mm chassis. Despite the older generation efficiency, the physical unit is relatively light and small.

Goldshell firmware and management interface. Same ecosystem as their BOX miners. If your fleet already runs on Goldshell infrastructure, adding DG Max units requires no new management software. Ethernet connectivity. 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. Scrypt merged mining for LTC, DOGE, and BEL.

Goldshell also makes the DG Card (80 MH/s, 65W, 35 dB) for desktop Scrypt mining and the E-DG1M (3.4 GH/s, 1,800W, 50 dB) as a mid tier option.
