Goldshell Mini Doge Pro 205 MH/s Silent Desktop Scrypt ASIC Miner for Merged Litecoin and Dogecoin Mining

The Goldshell Mini Doge Pro produces 205 MH/s of Scrypt hashrate at
220W and 1.073 J/MH efficiency. ±5 percent hashrate and ±10 percent power tolerance. Two
cooling fans at 35 dB. 178 x 150 x 84 mm at 2 kg. Universal 100 to 240V AC input. Ethernet
connectivity with Goldshell mobile app compatibility for iOS and Android. Released April 2022
as Goldshell's second iteration desktop Scrypt miner.
Mini DOGE product line evolution. Original Mini DOGE (January 2021): 185 MH/s at 233W, the
product that launched home Scrypt ASIC mining. Mini Doge Pro (April 2022, this product): 205
MH/s at 220W, an 11 percent hashrate increase at 6 percent less power. Mini DOGE II: 420
MH/s, the first genuine generational doubling. Mini DOGE III: 650 MH/s, approximately 3.5 times
the original. The Pro represents Goldshell's chip optimization pass rather than a new chip
generation, squeezing modestly more hashrate at modestly less power from the same silicon
architecture.
AuxPoW merged mining explained. Scrypt mining uniquely supports Auxiliary Proof of Work
(AuxPoW) merged mining on compatible pools. When the Mini Doge Pro submits a Scrypt hash
to a merge mining pool, that same hash is simultaneously validated against Litecoin, Dogecoin,
and Bellscoin blockchains. The miner earns block reward shares from all three networks for the
same electricity cost of mining just one. No additional configuration beyond selecting a merge
mining enabled pool and adding wallet addresses for each token. Revenue uplift from merged
mining typically adds 20 to 40 percent over solo LTC mining depending on DOGE and BEL
token prices relative to LTC.
Litecoin and Dogecoin merged mining context. Dogecoin activated AuxPoW merged mining with
Litecoin in August 2014 to address declining standalone mining security. Since then, every
Scrypt miner pointed at a merge mining pool simultaneously secures both networks and earns
both tokens. Litecoin is the primary chain (miners must solve LTC blocks); DOGE piggybacks on
that work. Bellscoin (BEL) was added more recently as another AuxPoW merge-minable Scrypt
chain. Litecoin's next block reward halving is scheduled for approximately August 2027 (current
block reward: 6.25 LTC). Dogecoin has no halving schedule (fixed block reward: 10,000 DOGE
per block indefinitely). Both tokens trade on every major exchange globally including Coinbase,
Binance, Kraken, and all major platforms, providing deep liquidity for mined tokens.
Scale reality at April 2026 conditions. The Mini Doge Pro at 205 MH/s (0.205 GH/s) against
current Scrypt network hashrate and industrial hardware: Bitmain L9 at 17 GH/s (83x more
hashrate), Bitmain L11 at 20 GH/s (98x), Bitmain L11 HU6 at 33 GH/s (161x), ElphaPex DG
HOME 1 at 2 GH/s (10x at 45 dB home tier), Fluminer L1 Pro at 6 GH/s (29x at 45 dB), Fluminer
L3 at 9.5 GH/s (46x at 45 dB). The Mini Doge Pro produces a fractional share of Scrypt network
output. For operators who want meaningful home Scrypt mining in April 2026, the Fluminer L1
Pro (6 GH/s, 45 dB, $699) or ElphaPex DG HOME 1 (2 GH/s, 45 dB, $1,299) deliver
substantially more hashrate at slightly more noise (45 versus 35 dB).
Current economics. MillionMiner calculator at $0.08 per kWh: -$0.28 daily. Revenue
approximately $0.14 daily (merged LTC + DOGE + BEL) at April 2026 conditions. Monthly
electricity approximately $12.70. The daily loss is roughly the cost of a stick of gum. For
operators who view mining as a method to acquire LTC and DOGE at below exchange spot
price (factoring hardware depreciation), the Mini Doge Pro provides that capability at the lowest
monthly running cost in the desktop Scrypt category.
Physical specifications. 178 x 150 x 84 mm at 2 kg. Two cooling fans at 35 dB. 5 to 35 degrees
Celsius operating range per ASIC Marketplace and Bitcoin Merch (less than 65 percent humidity
per ASIC Marketplace). Approximately 750 BTU per hour heat output, negligible in any
residential space. Ethernet connectivity.
Mines Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Bellscoin (BEL), DigiByte (DGB-Scrypt), Verge
(XVG-Scrypt), Einsteinium (EMC2), Viacoin (VIA), and other Scrypt chain tokens. Ships with
power cables, quick start guide, Goldshell warranty, and free DDP worldwide delivery from
MillionMiner. Verify PSU inclusion as some distributors ship without PSU (Newegg Apexto listing
says "Without Power Supply").

Goldshell Mini Doge Pro 205 MH/s: Silent Desktop Merged LTC and DOGE

The Goldshell Mini Doge Pro produces 205 MH/s of Scrypt hashrate at
220W and 1.073 J/MH efficiency. Released April 2022 as a modest iterative improvement over
the original Mini DOGE (185 MH/s at 233W), adding 11 percent hashrate while reducing power
by 6 percent.
The Mini DOGE product line tells a story about Goldshell's approach. The original Mini DOGE
(January 2021, 185 MH/s) proved the concept of silent home Scrypt mining. The Mini Doge Pro
(April 2022, 205 MH/s, this product) refined it with a modest chip optimization. The Mini DOGE II
(420 MH/s) actually doubled output. The Mini DOGE III (650 MH/s) pushed beyond triple the
original. The Pro sits at the weakest jump in the lineup: 20 MH/s more than the original for
buyers who wanted marginally better performance without waiting for the genuine generational
leap the II and III delivered later.
Merged mining is the value proposition that makes sub gigahash Scrypt hardware interesting at
all. Through AuxPoW (Auxiliary Proof of Work), the Mini Doge Pro's 205 MH/s simultaneously
mines Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Bellscoin from every hash submitted. No additional power, no
configuration overhead beyond selecting a merge mining capable pool. Three coin revenue
streams from one device typically exceed single coin LTC mining revenue by 20 to 40 percent
depending on DOGE and BEL token prices. F2Pool, ViaBTC, and LitecoinPool support merge
mining configuration.
Scale context matters. The Bitmain L9 produces 17 GH/s Scrypt. The Mini Doge Pro produces
0.205 GH/s. The L9 delivers approximately 83 times more hashrate. The Fluminer L3 at 9.5
GH/s still delivers approximately 46 times more. The Mini Doge Pro is not competitive Scrypt
mining hardware by April 2026 standards. It is a silent home accumulation device at very low
monthly cost ($12.70 at $0.08 per kWh) for operators who want LTC/DOGE exposure through
mining rather than exchange purchase.
178 x 150 x 84 mm at 2 kg. Two fans at 35 dB. Universal 100 to 240V. Ethernet. Goldshell
mobile app.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

205 MH/s Scrypt at 220W and 1.073 J/MH. ±5 percent hashrate and ±10 percent power tolerance. This is Goldshell's second iteration desktop Scrypt miner from April 2022, a modest 11 percent upgrade over the original Mini DOGE (185 MH/s) at 6 percent less power. Now superseded by the Mini DOGE II (420 MH/s) and Mini DOGE III (650 MH/s).

Yes, simultaneously. Through AuxPoW (Auxiliary Proof of Work) merged mining, the Mini Doge Pro's 205 MH/s simultaneously earns Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Bellscoin from every hash submitted. No additional power consumption. Configure on a merge mining capable pool (F2Pool, ViaBTC, LitecoinPool) and add wallet addresses for each token. Three revenue streams from one device at one electricity cost.

Dogecoin activated AuxPoW merged mining with Litecoin in August 2014. Every Scrypt hash submitted to a merge mining pool simultaneously validates work on Litecoin (primary chain), Dogecoin (auxiliary), and Bellscoin (auxiliary). The miner earns block reward shares from all three without additional electricity. Revenue uplift from merged mining typically adds 20 to 40 percent over solo LTC mining. For low hashrate home devices like the Mini Doge Pro, merged mining is what makes the economics less negative.

Yes. Mini DOGE II at 420 MH/s (approximately double). Mini DOGE III at 650 MH/s (approximately triple). Both maintain the 35 dB desktop form factor. For new buyers, check availability of the Mini DOGE III first. The Pro retains value only at deep discount pricing as cleared inventory. For operators wanting substantially more home Scrypt hashrate, the Fluminer L1 Pro (6 GH/s, 45 dB) or ElphaPex DG HOME 1 (2 GH/s, 45 dB) deliver 10 to 29 times more hashrate at modestly more noise.

35 dB from two cooling fans. Inaudible from the next room. Consistent with the entire Goldshell Box series acoustic standard. Operates in bedrooms, home offices, apartments, and shared spaces without detection. The Fluminer L1 Pro and L3 at 45 dB offer dramatically more hashrate at 10 dB more noise, still quiet enough for dedicated rooms behind closed doors.

At standard residential rates, no. MillionMiner calculator at $0.08 per kWh: -$0.28 daily. Revenue approximately $0.14 daily (merged LTC + DOGE + BEL). Monthly electricity approximately $12.70. The daily loss is minimal. Litecoin and Dogecoin both trade on every major exchange worldwide, providing deep liquidity for mined tokens. Mining at -$0.28 daily is a speculative accumulation strategy that costs less per month than most subscription services.

Universal 100 to 240V. At 220W draws approximately 2 amps at 110V. Fits any standard residential outlet worldwide. No circuit planning. Monthly electricity at $0.08 per kWh: approximately $12.70. At $0.07: approximately $11.09. Among the cheapest Scrypt mining devices to operate monthly.

Fluminer L1 Pro at 6 GH/s (6,000 MH/s) and 45 dB. Mini Doge Pro at 205 MH/s and 35 dB. The Fluminer delivers approximately 29 times more hashrate at 10 dB more noise (45 dB is still quiet, manageable behind a closed door). For operators who can tolerate the modest noise increase, the Fluminer produces fundamentally more Scrypt revenue. The Mini Doge Pro wins only when 35 dB silence is an absolute constraint.

Primary merged mining: Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Bellscoin (BEL) simultaneously. Additional Scrypt coins: DigiByte (DGB-Scrypt chain), Verge (XVG-Scrypt), Einsteinium (EMC2), Viacoin (VIA), Florin (FLO), and other Scrypt proof of work tokens. NiceHash Scrypt marketplace provides a Bitcoin payout alternative. Both LTC and DOGE have deep exchange liquidity globally.

5 to 35 degrees Celsius per Bitcoin Merch and ASIC Marketplace (one Newegg listing says 0 to 35 degrees Celsius at 65 percent humidity). MM lists 5 to 45 degrees Celsius which appears inflated. The 35 degree ceiling means warm climate deployments need air conditioned space during hot months. At 220W the Mini Doge Pro produces approximately 750 BTU per hour, negligible thermal impact.

178 x 150 x 84 mm at 2 kg. Same compact dimensions as the Goldshell HS Box, CK Box, and other Box series products. Roughly the size of a hardcover book. Two fans. Sits on any desk, shelf, or countertop. The entire Goldshell Box series shares this form factor, making them visually consistent when deployed together.

Sources vary. Some listings include PSU (Amazon, Sense Miner). Others ship without PSU (Newegg Apexto listing). MM lists PSU in box contents. Verify PSU inclusion with MillionMiner before ordering. If not included, a standard external PSU rated 250W+ with the correct connector is required.

Three step setup. Connect PSU (or power cable if built in PSU) and plug into any 100 to 240V outlet. Connect Ethernet cable to router. Find miner IP through Goldshell finder tool, router DHCP, or network scanner. Open web interface, configure Scrypt merge mining pool URL and LTC, DOGE, and BEL wallet addresses. Goldshell mobile app supports iOS and Android. Total setup approximately 10 minutes.

Merge mining capable Scrypt pools: F2Pool, ViaBTC, LitecoinPool, Antpool, Poolin, Mining Pool Hub. Configure for LTC primary with DOGE and BEL auxiliary. NiceHash Scrypt marketplace offers a Bitcoin payout alternative. Pool fees typically 1 to 3 percent. At 205 MH/s against current Scrypt network hashrate (well above 2 PH/s), pool mining is the only practical approach.

Yes. At 220W each, a standard 15 amp 110V circuit (1,800W capacity) supports eight units (1,760W total). Eight units produce approximately 1.64 GH/s aggregate, still below the ElphaPex DG HOME 1's 2 GH/s from a single device. For operators building multi unit quiet Scrypt fleets on limited circuits, the Mini Doge Pro's low per unit wattage maximizes units per circuit.

Litecoin's next halving is scheduled for approximately August 2027 (block reward drops from 6.25 to 3.125 LTC). This will reduce LTC mining revenue by 50 percent unless LTC price doubles to compensate. Dogecoin has no halving (fixed 10,000 DOGE per block permanently), providing predictable inflation schedule and consistent mining revenue in DOGE terms regardless of block height. Both tokens trade on all major exchanges with deep liquidity.

Minimal. Quarterly dust wipe of chassis and two fan grilles. Monitor hashrate through Goldshell web interface or mobile app. No coolant, filters, or internal servicing. Released April 2022, units have over four years of field reliability data. Solid state hardware with only two small fans as moving parts.

MillionMiner technically accepts Mini Doge Pro units, but hosting economics at 220W generating approximately $0.14 daily revenue make the arrangement impractical. Hosting fees would exceed mining revenue. The Mini Doge Pro is designed for self hosted desktop deployment.

Only at deep discount pricing as cleared inventory. The Mini DOGE III at 650 MH/s (approximately 3.2 times the hashrate) is the current generation. The Fluminer L1 Pro at 6 GH/s (approximately 29 times more hashrate) is available at $699 at 45 dB. For operators who require absolute 35 dB silence and absolute minimum monthly cost, the Mini Doge Pro delivers merged LTC/DOGE/BEL mining at $12.70 monthly electricity. For everyone else, newer and more powerful Scrypt options deliver fundamentally better economics.

Within Goldshell Mini DOGE lineup: Mini DOGE III (650 MH/s, current gen). Home tier Scrypt alternatives: Fluminer L1 Pro (6 GH/s, 45 dB, $699), Fluminer L3 (9.5 GH/s, 45 dB), ElphaPex DG HOME 1 (2 GH/s, 45 dB, $1,299). Industrial Scrypt: Bitmain L9 (17 GH/s, $3,990), Bitmain L11 (20 GH/s, $8,600), Bitmain L11 HU6 (33 GH/s hydro, $17,995). For cross algorithm niche mining at same 35 dB tier: Goldshell KA Box (1.18 TH/s Kaspa), Goldshell HS Box II (460 GH/s HNS / 1,200 GH/s SC), Goldshell CK Box II (2.1 TH/s Nervos), Goldshell AL Box II Pro (950 GH/s Alephium). For Bitcoin at home tier: Bitaxe Gamma 601 (1.2 TH/s SHA-256).
