Bitdeer SealMiner A2 Hydro 446TH Hydro Cooled SHA-256 Bitcoin Miner for Enterprise Mining

Bitdeer's A2 Hydro runs SEAL01 first generation proprietary silicon. 446 TH/s at 7,359W and approximately 16.5 J/TH. The A3 Hydro on SEAL02 (500 TH/s at 6,750W, 13.5 J/TH) replaced it as the current generation with roughly 18 percent better efficiency.

The pitch for previous generation hardware is always the same: price. If A2 Hydro units cost 40 to 60 percent less than A3 Hydro, a fleet buyer on cheap electricity deploys more total hashrate for the same capital budget. Ten A2 Hydro units at 4.46 PH/s can outproduce seven A3 Hydro units at 3.5 PH/s on total Bitcoin mined per day, despite the A3 being more efficient per terahash. The breakeven depends on your electricity rate and how long you plan to operate.

At electricity below $0.03 per kWh, the daily cost difference between 16.5 and 13.5 J/TH on a single unit is roughly $0.36.
