Bitmain Antminer S19 XP+ Hydro 279TH Compact Water-Cooled SHA-256 Bitcoin Miner

279 TH/s of SHA 256 hashrate at 5,301W with hydro cooling. The S19 XP+ Hydro is previous generation Bitmain hardware that carries one significant infrastructure advantage: universal 100 to 240V single phase input. Most current gen hydro miners (S23 Hydro, M73 series) require 380 to 415V three phase power. The S19 XP+ Hydro runs on the same single phase power available in smaller facilities and many international locations.

19.0 J/TH efficiency is roughly double the operating cost per terahash compared to the S23 Hydro (9.5 J/TH). This is not competitive on efficiency. The S19 XP+ Hydro makes sense in two scenarios: facilities with cheap power where efficiency matters less, and facilities without three phase electrical where current gen hydro is not an option.
