Five hundred terahashes from a single unit. The S21 XP+ Hyd 500 TH/s is the higher output variant that requires three phase 380 to 415V power, distinguishing it from the universal voltage S21 XP+ Hyd models at 358 to 395 TH/s. More hashrate, more power, industrial voltage only.

At 5,500W and 11.0 J/TH, this matches the S23 on efficiency while exceeding the universal voltage S21 XP+ Hydro (15.0 J/TH) significantly. The three phase requirement is the trade off that enables this efficiency level. Bitmain put their best S21 era engineering into the high voltage hydro platform.
