Bitmain Antminer S21 XP Immersion 300TH Immersion-Cooled SHA-256 Bitcoin Miner for Advanced Operations

The Bitmain S21 XP Immersion produces 300 TH/s at 4,050W while submerged in dielectric cooling fluid. Immersion cooling eliminates fans entirely. The unit has no moving parts. All cooling happens through the fluid absorbing heat from chips and transferring it to external heat exchangers.

Immersion provides three operational advantages over air cooling: sustained hashrate without thermal throttling (fluid maintains consistent chip temperatures regardless of ambient conditions), extended component life (no thermal cycling from fan speed changes), and zero air filtration requirements (no dust, no contaminated air intake, no filter maintenance).

Universal 100 to 240V input on an immersion miner is notable. Most immersion hardware from MicroBT and newer Bitmain models requires 380V+ three phase. The S21 XP Immersion on single phase power opens immersion mining to facilities without industrial electrical infrastructure, provided they have the tank and fluid setup.

13.5 J/TH efficiency. The current S23 Immersion at 442 TH/s produces more hashrate at better efficiency but requires 380 to 415V. For single phase facilities with immersion infrastructure, the S21 XP may be the only Bitmain option.
