The Canaan Avalon A15 Pro produces 220 TH/s at 3,662W at approximately 16.6 J/TH. Previous generation to the A16 series (A16: 282 TH/s at 13.8 J/TH, A16XP: 300 TH/s at 12.8 J/TH). Available at discounted pricing as the A16 takes over as Canaan's current offering.

The efficiency gap between A15 Pro and A16XP is significant: 16.6 versus 12.8 J/TH. The A16XP produces 36 percent more hashrate at 23 percent less power per terahash. However, if A15 Pro units are priced at 50 percent or more below the A16XP, the fleet math may favor deploying more A15 Pro units.
