The IceRiver AE2 produces 720 MH/s of zkSNARK hashrate at 1,300W, making it the most powerful Aleo miner that remains practical for home or office deployment. At 45 dB and 100 to 240V universal input, it runs on any standard outlet anywhere in the world without triggering noise complaints.

At 1.81 W/MH, the AE2 sits between the efficiency extremes in IceRiver's Aleo lineup. The AE3 (600 MH/s at 1,000W) achieves 1.67 W/MH for better power efficiency, while the AE2 wins on raw throughput. The AE1 Lite models (250 to 300 MH/s at 500W) are entry level alternatives at roughly 2.0 W/MH. For operators who want the most Aleo hashrate from a single quiet unit, the AE2 is the answer.

zkSNARK mining on Aleo involves computing zero knowledge proofs, a fundamentally different workload from SHA 256 or Scrypt mining. The AE2 carries IceRiver's dedicated zkSNARK silicon, purpose built for this computation at ASIC level efficiency. Before dedicated ASICs existed, Aleo mining required GPU clusters drawing significantly more power per megahash.
