IceRiver KS2 Lite 2TH Compact Entry Level KHeavyHash Kaspa Miner at 500W

Confusing naming aside, the KS2 Lite is not the device you want if you are comparing within IceRiver's own Kaspa lineup. The KS7 Lite produces 4.2 TH/s at 500W and 45 dB. Same power draw, double the hashrate, and 5 dB quieter. Unless the KS2 Lite is priced dramatically lower per unit, the KS7 Lite is the objectively better machine.

That said, 2 TH/s of KHeavyHash at 500W and 50 dB on universal 100 to 240V still mines Kaspa from a standard home outlet. Daily electricity runs about $0.84 at $0.07 per kWh. Monthly: $25. The entry cost to participate in Kaspa mining without industrial noise or infrastructure is genuinely low.

Kaspa has grown into one of the larger proof of work cryptocurrencies by market cap. GHOSTDAG consensus processes roughly one block per second, dramatically faster than Bitcoin's ten minute intervals. The GPU to ASIC transition pushed network hashrate up by orders of magnitude, but dedicated hardware from IceRiver, Bitmain, Goldshell, and DragonBall now dominates.

4.5 kg at 198 x 201 x 110mm. Ethernet connectivity. IceRiver firmware for pool configuration. Standard Stratum protocol works with any KHeavyHash mining pool. 5 to 35 degrees Celsius operating range.

Where the KS2 Lite sits in context: above the KS0 Ultra (400 GH/s, 100W, desktop) and below the KS7 Lite (4.2 TH/s, 500W, home). The KS7 Lite dominates this tier on specifications. The KS2 Lite's only competitive angle is pricing. If it costs half as much per unit, two KS2 Lites give you 4 TH/s at 1,000W and 50 dB versus one KS7 Lite at 4.2 TH/s and 500W.

IceRiver's mid tier home Kaspa miner. 2 TH/s KHeavyHash at 500W and 50 dB on universal 100 to 240V. Between the KS0 Ultra (400 GH/s, 100W, 35 dB) and KS7 Lite (4.2 TH/s, 500W, 45 dB). Same power draw

198 x 201 x 110mm at 5.0 kg. Ethernet. 5 - 40 °C. IceRiver manufacturer. Evaluate per terahash acquisition cost and daily electricity for fleet optimization. Total deployed hashrate determines total coins mined.

Moderate 50 dB operation. Runs in a dedicated home room, office, or basement without specialized noise isolation. Not bedroom quiet but manageable with a closed door. The middle ground between silent home and industrial noise.

IceRiver firmware provides pool configuration, hashrate monitoring, and operational alerts. Evaluate pricing against competing models at this hashrate tier for best fleet value.
