The Bitmain Antrack V1 is a complete hydro cooling rack that houses four Antminer Hydro miners and cools them on its own. It stands 2 metres tall on a footprint of 600 by 1000 mm and arrives as one closed cabinet.

Open… the mesh door and everything is already fitted: the water pump, the plate heat exchanger, 8 fans, the PDU and every hose and cable. Each of the 4 slots carries its own power cable and its own network cable, ready for a hydro miner.

You supply 3 phase power at 380 to 415 volts and one Ethernet cable. The pump circulates the coolant through the plate heat exchanger, the fans carry the heat outside, and your miners run. The heat stays yours: send it into underfloor heating, a greenhouse, aquaculture tanks or an industrial process.

What does it take to run 4 Antminer Hydro units?

One rack and a 3 phase connection. The Antrack V1 arrives with the complete cooling loop inside it, so the work that usually falls to the operator has already been done at the factory.

A hydro deployment built from parts means sourcing a pump, a heat exchanger, manifolds, hoses, fittings, a PDU and fans from several suppliers, then assembling and pressure testing the loop on site. Bitmain put all of it into one 600 x 2000 x 1000 mm cabinet weighing 300 kg.

• Four slots: every slot takes an Antminer S19 Hyd, S21 Hyd or S23 Hyd and comes with its power cable and network cable already fitted.

• 24 kW maximum load: the rack carries four miners at full draw on 380 to 415 volts, 3 phase, up to… 80 amps.

• Closed cooling loop: water pump and plate heat exchanger are built in, so the coolant circulates the moment you switch on.

• 8 fans: the heat leaves the exchanger through the fan wall at the top of the cabinet.

• Usable heat: the exchanger hands the heat over in a form you can route onward instead of blowing it into the room.

How do I put the Antrack V1 into service? Slide four hydro miners into the slots, click the fitted power and network cables into place, connect the rack to 3 phase power and to Ethernet, and switch it on. The pump starts, the fans start, and the miners come up on the network.

Which Antminer models fit? The S19 Hyd, S21 Hyd and S23 Hyd series. These are the water cooled models, recognisable by the two coolant ports on the back instead of a fan on each end.

Where does a 24 kW rack belong? On a solid floor with a 3 phase supply and somewhere for the warm air to go. At 300 kg empty it is a fixture, not something you move between rooms.

Can I start with fewer than four miners? Yes. The rack runs with one, two or three slots filled and you add the rest later. The pump and the exchanger are sized for the full 24 kW, so a partly filled rack simply runs with headroom.

How does a 300 kg rack arrive? On a pallet, in its original packing, tested before it leaves us. Have a pallet truck and a level route from the kerb to the final position ready, because the cabinet is moved upright.

What if I have no site for it? Tell us the deployment country and what you want to run. We answer by phone, on WhatsApp or through the contact form, and we can host the rack for you in our own data centre instead.

What can I do with the heat the Antrack V1 produces?

Put it to work. The plate heat exchanger inside the Antrack V1 hands the heat over to a second water circuit, and that circuit is yours to use.

Four hydro miners at full load turn 24 kW of electricity into 24 kW of heat. In a standard air cooled room that heat is a problem you pay to remove. Behind a plate exchanger it is warm water at a useful temperature.

Our customers send it into underfloor heating, into greenhouses, into aquaculture tanks and into industrial process heat. The same kilowatt is earning twice: once as hashrate, once as… heat you would otherwise have bought.

How does that work in practice? The miners heat the coolant in their own sealed circuit. That circuit runs through the plate exchanger, where the heat crosses into your water without the two ever mixing. What leaves the exchanger is clean warm water on your side of the wall, at a temperature a heating circuit can use directly.

The fans are there for the days when you have nowhere to put the heat. They sit at the top of the cabinet and dump it to air, so the rack keeps running through the summer and you take the heat back in the autumn.

That is the difference between a rack with cooling bolted on and a rack designed around the exchanger. A standard rack gives you hot air in a room you then have to ventilate. This one hands you a water circuit.
